Trove Lego® Club Spring Events

The Trove Lego® Club has been busy this Spring!

In April, Trove Lego® Club members displayed sculptures at the Family Fun event, April 18th and 19th at Lyndhurst Mansion in Tarrytown, NY. As exhibitors, they received free tickets for themselves and their families. This was a wonderful opportunity to publicly display their work and participate in some exciting Lego® activities in a grand and historic setting.

In May we are looking forward to the “Lego® Special: Bricks4Kids Bridge Build!” in the Trove. At this event, children will build their own bridges all from Lego Blocks! Join us for an afternoon of Lego® bridge building with Aaron Tang of Bricks4Kids and Andrew O’Rourke of the New New York Bridge Educational Outreach Office. This program is for children in grades 2 through 6 who live in White Plains. Pre-registration is required, beginning Monday, April 27.

The Club continues to meet monthly to build sculptures for display outside the entrance to The Trove. Children in grades 1 through 6 are invited to the regular monthly Lego® builds on the upcoming Thursdays: May 7, June 4 and July 9 at 4:30 p.m. It is not necessary to pre-register for the monthly meetings. However, tickets are limited and given out on a first-come, first-served basis 30 minutes before the program begins. The child must be present to receive a ticket.
