The Library has the McKinney’s Consolidated Laws of New York Annotated. (Titles 11A Criminal Procedure Law and 39 Penal Code are at the Information Desk; all others can be retrieved by staff.) While the Library stopped subscribing to updates in 2012, the set provides a starting point for research. For the most up-to-date information, visit the law library open to the public next door:
