New Monthly Rock Your World Concert

We’ve got a new regular performer coming to the Library starting in March, Armelle Gloaguen!  Join Miss Armelle at her Rock Your World Concert for an educational multicultural music show with instruments you get to play! The program celebrates parents, grand-parents and caregivers, happiness, nature and human connections! Miss Armelle brings instruments for all to join in this performance of global tunes which include traditional favorites and new songs.

About Armelle Gloaguen

Armelle Gloaguen is an award-winning performer, an accomplished singer-songwriter and an innovative educator.  She has used her passion and talent to develop a fun and effective method of teaching languages to children through music.  She provides educational multicultural musical shows and workshops at schools, libraries, charity and private events.  Her educational experience spans two decades and three continents.  She has taught in the U.S., France and Guatemala.

She created her unique multi-sensory approach to teaching languages, Learn French/Spanish Through Music in 1998 and to teaching multicultural music, Rock Your World Kids! Both programs have gained in reputation thanks to the extremely well-balanced content and the amazing talents of the teachers who teach them. All songs are available on streaming services and can be downloaded.

Armelle is currently working on training and mentoring language teachers in early childhood education, offering her knowledge to whomever has the passion to build awareness, adaptation and broad horizons in their students!
