“The Gratitude Project” Exhibit

Artist: Hilda Green Demsky “The Gratitude Project” Painting and Poetry Exhibit Interpretive oil paintings inspired by responses of 36 United States Poets Laureate to The New York Times inquiry “What people in their State would be thankful for” during the Covid pandemic. Exhibition of Paintings by Lori Kapner Hosp

On view in the Library's Museum Gallery from April 3rd through May 27th, 2022. An opening reception will be held on Sunday April 3rd, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public. Capacity will be limited to 25 persons at a time. An Exhibition of Artist books by Marc Shanker

The Library will host an exhibition of Artist Books by self-taught artist Marc Shanker. The show runs from Monday, December 6th, 2021 through Friday, February 4th, 2022. “My books are words extended by images, and images extended by words. The physicality of books focuses attention and adds to their significance. Whether large or small, books exert a power unlike any other object,” states Shanker. The exhibition includes over thirty prints and eleven Artist Books. Lenape Art Showcase

Lenape Art Showcase: Jack Crying Raven Anderson September 10th through December 1st In celebration of his Ramapough Lunaape Heritage, this memorial exhibit is a display of works by self-taught artist, Jack Crying Raven Anderson.
