Free Comic Book Day

 
Celebrate Free Comic Book Day at the Library this Saturday, May 4th beginning at 10:30 a.m. We'll have a day full of free comics for children and teens, superhero themed activities, a film screening, and more! Visit our website for the full schedule.

This Week in White Plains


The White Plains Hospital Foundation invites you to join them for the Answer to Cancer, a 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Center for Cancer Care on May 5, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Last year, several members of the community – many of whom were cancer survivors – raised over $100,000. The race will begin in the heart of Downtown White Plains. Visit the event page to learn how you can participate.

Meet Martina Van Norden


Author Martina Van Norden will speak about and sign copies of her book, The Edunia Experience: Master Teacher Lessons for Birthing a Generation of Purpose on Thursday, May 2 at 7:00 p.m. Ms. Van Norden is an inspirational educator, speaker, author, and minister. Mexican Consulate on Wheels
