Parenting Teens:
An Empowerment Workshop

At this workshop on Wednesday, November 6th from 7:00-8:00 p.m., life coach and former teacher Annick Duignan will help you: gain an understanding of your role as a parent during these years, create strategies for handling the transition period from child to adult with your teenager, and discover ways to stay connected with your child and have fun together. Refreshments will be served. Registration is required; to register, visit our online calendar or call (914) 422-1481.

Nutrition Workshop

We all want to make healthy choices for our families and ourselves. Yet, being healthy is easier said than done. That’s where Just Say Yes (JSY) can help. JSY provides nutrition education for New Yorkers. Join Feeding Westchester's nutritionist Alyssa Advincula for this workshop with a  live cooking demonstration on Friday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m.

Wellness: Posture & Equanimity

Drop-In Do Gooders

Teens have asked that we offer our Saturday drop-in Do Gooders sessions again this fall, so we've reinstated it every other Saturday for November and December. Teens will be able to work on birthday cards for Meals on Wheels from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Edge Media Lab on November 2, 16, 30, and December 14 and 28.
