The Westchester Children's Museum

“The Wizard of Oz” has captured the hearts and imaginations of people all over the world for more than 100 years. Dorothy, Toto and friends are celebrating the 75th anniversary of their award winning movie in 2014. Did L. Frank Baum write a simple story for children or did he create a myth for all times? Brains, courage and heart are still necessary virtues on the journey of life in the 21st century.

The Westchester Children's Museum is coming to The Trove to present two wonderful programs. Activities have been created with children in mind to explore this magical story, considered the first American fairy tale. Join us on this special journey along the yellow brick road and share the wonder of Oz with the next generation of viewers.
