Grab & Go Kits for Grades 7-12: Snowflake Window Cling

Teens in grades 7-12 can pick up a kit with project supplies at the Library, then follow along with the instructional video below to make the project. Or, you can find the materials around your home and follow the video to make the project. Kits are first come, first served, and will become available on Monday, December 20th in the Library lobby.

For this month’s project, we’re making snowflake window clings. The kit includes puffy glitter paint, Ziploc bags, and some printed snowflake templates. You'll need to provide tape and a flat surface (like a piece of cardboard.) This craft is super easy. You'll just tape down your template with a Ziploc bag on top, then use the puffy paint to draw over the snowflake shape. Let the paint dry for 48 hours, and your snowflake(s) will be ready to adorn your window all winter.

Follow along with the video, and please post pictures of your creations on Instagram or Facebook and tag us so we can see what you make!
