For our elementary schoolers, please join us for our K-6 programs! In February we have programs for Groundhog’s Day, Black History Month, and National Pizza Day, plus a storytime that will take you in the deep blue sea virtually!


February 1st @ 4:30PM
Join us for a Groundhog Day celebration! We will read a book about groundhogs then create a groundhog craft. Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets at The Trove Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.
Groundhog’s Day is celebrated on February 2nd, in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania.


February 9th @ 4:30PM
We will read a few books about pizza and then create our paper heart-shaped pizzas! Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets at The Trove Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.


February 15th @ 4:30PM
Experience Virtual Reality (VR) without a headset in the library's newly installed panoramic content room. Views from 360° content and we will read stories, sing songs and learn facts about the sea and the animals that live there. Technology installed by Igloo Vision and funded by the Library Foundation/Optimum. Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets starting 30 minutes before the program.


February 22nd @ 4:30PM Join us for a Black History activity. We will read Whoosh! by Chris Barton and then create a STEAM craft. Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets at The Trove desk starting 30 minutes before the program.
