March K-6 Programs at The Trove

For our elementary schoolers, please join us for our K-6 programs! In March we will be learning about hedgehogs, the stars, and Persian New Year. Plus, we’ll try out our acting chops with a reader’s theater.

Under the Trees VR
March 7th @ 4:30PM
Experience Virtual Reality (VR) without a headset in the library's newly installed panoramic content room. Views from 360° content and we will read stories, sing songs and learn facts about the forest and the animals that live there. Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets starting 30 minutes before the program.

Starry Night Storytime
March 14th @ 4:30PM
Come join us-in your pajamas as we explore the different constellations throughout the year, this month we are going to learn about Pisces. Experience Virtual Reality (VR) without a headset in the library's newly installed panoramic content room. Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets starting 30 minutes before the program.
Stories & Stuff: Aide Nowruz
March 21st @ 4:30PM
Join us for stories and stuff to celebrate the Persian New Year, Aide Nowruz. We will read two books about Aide Nowruz and work on decorating eggs for our Haftseen-the table spread. The egg will represent one of the symbolic seven items found on the table to celebrate the Persian new year and the arrival of spring.
Fractured Fairy Tales
March 28th @ 4:30PM
The Wolf from The Three Little Pigs is out to prove his innocence! Will you believe his side of the story from this fairy tale with a twist? After reading The True Story of The Three Little Pigs we will perform a reader’s theater.

Free ticket required. Please pick up tickets starting 30 minutes before the program.
