The White Plains Public Library will be offering an adult basic education program that teaches reading, writing, math and life skills to native Spanish speakers. Classes begin Wednesday, September 25th and run until Wednesday, December 18th at 6:00 p.m. Class will not be held on November 27th. For more information please call Mariel Perez, 914 422.6982.
