Author Visits in April

We have three author visits scheduled this April. Join us to hear these authors read their stories, and discuss with the authors in person! Dental Health Storytime and Author Visit Thursday April 6 at 11:00 a.m. Galaxy Hall Ages 2-6 Meet Joanne Roos, RDH from Main Street Pediatric Dentistry and author of Who Visits Me from A to Z. She will do a short reading of her book, a short demonstration on dental health, and a movie. All participants will receive a goody bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste and an activity sheet. Storytimes: In-Person Update

We are excited to announce that we will be bringing back in-person Storytimes for Ages 2-6 beginning in April. Storytimes will take place outside on the Library Plaza with an inclement weather backup plan, as follows, below. On the Plaza, we ask that you seat yourselves as you feel comfortable, but please do give the Librarian socially distanced space. Masks are not required, but may be worn if you so choose. Fall Stories & Stuff

We’re excited to announce that our popular program, Stories & Stuff, will be returning virtually in September and October! Stories & Stuff is geared towards kids from ages 4-8. During Stories & Stuff, stories are centered around a theme and children listen and discuss the topic. The children create a craft project that ties in with the theme. We ask that caregivers join the virtual program as well to assist their children during the craft portion of the storytime.
