Learn English FREE at the Library! The White Plains Public Library, in partnership with Westchester Community College, is pleased to again offer classes in spring 2014. Classes are offered mornings, evenings and weekends, and focus on speaking, listening, reading and writing English.
Registration dates for the upcoming semester:
Friday, December 6 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 7 from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Monday, December 9 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 18 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Hi Amanda, we’ll have registration in January for the next set of classes, with classes starting in February. We’ll announce the dates as it gets closer, so keep an eye on our website, and think about registering for our eNewsletter to get updates on events.

My wife and I are going to move to White Planes in September of 2015.
I am a PhD student going to work in IBM for 3 months, and my wife wants to study English during this time.
Please, could you help me for saying what is the requirements, and when will the classes start?

Classes are currently in session. The next registration dates will be in August. Please stop by or call the library (914-422-1480) around that time for specific dates and times. Classes are free, textbook is $38. Our English classes are offered by Westchester Community College.
