Banned Books Quiz: Halloween Edition

Can you find the titles of the 22 banned or challenged books we've hidden in the text passage below?

It was well past twilight on Halloween and the sky was black enough that you could barely see the bats circling the shrouded moon.  One flew over the cuckoo's nest in the rotted roof of the haunted house next door.  Carrie dipped her fangs in cold blood.  “What sort of monster are you supposed to be?” she asked Ed, noting the long bandages and sunglasses he was sporting.  “I'm the invisible man, 1933 version, of course,” he replied.

“Great costume.  My fake blood recipe failed me this year, it was too watery, the place looked like a slaughterhouse 5 minutes ago.  Beware the werewolf hairs that fell off Rick's costume earlier, too, they're everywhere.  Love that they're pink, pink is for boys, too, all boys aren't blue,” she added.

“I'd better find some scary stories to tell in the dark, otherwise we'll have a real chocolate war on our hands when the kids get back”  Ed said as he answered the door to find a wayward witch.   He frowned at their front lawn — boy was it a mess — the lovely bones and other decor they'd set out earlier were now covered in shaving cream.   Out of darkness, an eerie shape was fast approaching.  Ed turned fifty shades of grey.  “Ghosts don't ride bikes, do they?”
