Storytimes!

Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. – June 6, 13, 20
Saturday, 2:00 p.m. – June 10 – Celebrate LGBTQIA+ Pride Month!
Stories, songs and fun with a Trove Librarian. Following Storytime on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the children and caregivers are invited to Toy Time in the Story Trove – a time to play and socialize!
Tiny Tots!
0 – 24 months, with a caregiver

Our popular program for babies up to 24 months is back!  Interactive songs and fun in a lapsit format for a baby and their caregiver.
Rock Your World Concert

Galaxy Hall
Join Miss Armelle for an educational multicultural music show! Miss Armelle brings instruments for all to join in this performance of global tunes which include traditional favorites and new songs.
Bilingual Family Storytime
Ages 3+, Families
Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – June 7
Families will listen to a bilingual story, sing bilingual songs and make a craft. This program will be in English and Spanish.
Family Storytime: Poor Goose, a French Folktale
Ages 3+, Families
Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – June 14
On her way to the castle to get a remedy for her headache, Goose meets Little Black Cat, Woolly Lamb, Cow, and an old woman who needs them all.  Stories, songs and rhymes followed by a craft.
Author Visit Storytime: Selina Hernandez
Ages 3+, Families
Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. – June 20
Selina Hernandez reads her book, I Like Pink!/Me gusta el color rosa! in English and Spanish as part of our month-long LGBTQIA+ Pride celebrations.
Stories & Stuff: Jellyfish
Ages 2-6, Families
Tuesday, 4:30 p.m. – June 20
Space is limited – pick up tickets in the Trove starting at 4:00 p.m.

Stories about jellyfish and then create a tissue paper jellyfish.
Family Storytime: Hooray for Summer!
Ages 3+, Families
Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – June 21
Summery stories, songs, rhymes and a craft.
Juneteenth Celebration: Amanda, Diane and The Mfouambila Dance Company
All ages, families
Sunday, 2:00 p.m. – June 25
Join Amanda Armenteros for a full immersive traditional West African Dance performance in celebration of Juneteeth. She will be joined by Diane and The Mfouambila Dance Company for a day of live drumming and dance!
Let’s Groove! with Miss Lisa
Ages 3 months – 5 years, Families
Monday, 11:00 a.m. – June 26
Join Miss Lisa and her guitar for a fun-filled music class and be ready to dance to a bunch of tunes!

Miss Jolie’s Bubbly Beats!
Children, Families
Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. – June 27
Miss Jolie‘s Bubbly Beats is SO much fun! This is a music & movement program that includes a bubble show and bubble popping fun bubbles in all shapes & sizes + bubble tricks, “popping” songs & games!
Family Storytime: Pignic
Ages 3+, Families
Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – June 28
Hear a story about a pig who experiences adversity but in the end enjoys a perfect summer day, along with songs, rhymes and a craft.
Many of these programs are supported by the White Plains Library Foundation and the Friends of the White Plains Library.
