Forever Young Adult Book Club

Forever Young Adult is a group for YA fans who are a little less “Y”(oung) and a bit more “A”(dult). Whether you're a regular YA reader or you need a break from your usual “To Read” list, all are welcome!

Thursday, October 26th, at 7:00 p.m.
A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik (All available formats)

Enter a school of magic unlike any you have ever encountered: There are no teachers, no holidays, and no friendships save strategic ones. Survival is more important than any letter grade, for the school won't allow its students to leave until they graduate . . . or die. The rules are deceptively simple: Don't walk the halls alone. And beware of the monsters who lurk everywhere. El is uniquely prepared for the school's dangers. She may be without allies, but she possesses a dark power strong enough to level mountains and wipe out untold millions.

This book club is made possible by a partnership between Yonkers Public Library and White Plains Public Library.

    Greetings,

I am a Librarian at a private school close to the White Plains Public Library. I am seeking an Author to come to my school and speak to the students about the book and the q&a.

    Warm Regards,

    Danny

  2. I am the author of a recently published YA dark fantasy novel, Drowntown Girl. I would be interested in submitting the book to the library, doing a reading, if that is part of special events you hold. Any interest?

This doesn’t seem to be available in print in the U.S. or from any of our digital providers so we would not be able to use it for a book group, but I will mention the title to the leaders.
