Celebrate Spooktober 2023!

We 🧡 Halloween in Youth Services at the Library and we have some great events coming up to celebrate the spookiest of months, October.  Also, be sure to check out some of our older Halloween blog posts for great ideas for Halloween activities and reads!

K-2 STEAM: Zombie Edition
Grades K-2
Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – October 19
Ticket required.  Please pick up tickets in the Trove starting 30 minutes before the program.
Halloween Grab & Go Kit
Grades K-3

Available while supplies last starting Tuesday, October 24.
Family Storytime: Ghosts & Ghouls
Ages 3+, Families
Wednesdays, 7:00 p.m. – October 25
Storytime for the whole family, featuring spooky tales from around the world.
K-2 Stories & Stuff:  Halloween Tales
Grades K-2

Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – October 26
Ticket required.  Please pick up tickets in the Trove starting 30 minutes before the program.
Teen Craft Night: Zombarbies!
Grades 7-12
Thursday, 6:30 p.m. – October 26
Come have some ghoulish fun transforming Barbies into the undead.
Halloween Concert and Costume Parade
Children, Families
Saturday, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – October 28
Join Miss Armelle for a multicultural Halloween concert at 11:00 a.m.  Following the performance, children are invited to take part in a costume parade around the Library to pick up some treats and fun goodies!
In addition, kids and teens can find fun Halloween coloring pages in the Trove and the Edge all month long.
