Author Storytime: Who Visits Me From A to Z at the dentist
Tuesday, May 10 at 1 pm. Dental hygienist Joanne Roos wrote a picture book to introduce children to the dentist. She will read her book, with help from some puppet friends, and teach how to brush our teeth. For children ages 2 and up with a caregiver. Family Fun Day Readers’ Fair this Sunday!
On Sunday, April 10, the Trove will host a Readers' Fair for the whole family. Outside on the Library Plaza from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. will be Hudson Valley Llamas and a fire engine from the White Plains Fire Department. There will also be balloon animals, bubbles, a chalk drawing contest, a scavenger hunt, and outdoor games. Inside in the Trove will be facepainting, storytimes and crafts. At 4:00 p.m., Robert the Guitar Guy will perform after a special storytelling session. Funded by the White Plains Library Foundation.
