Printing option 2 - any device sending an email attachment
Send the file you wish to print as an attachment to a message addressed to one of the printers below.

*Please note that the print station shuts down 15 minutes before closing

How long does my print job remain available for printing after I submit it, that is, how long before it expires?
The system keeps print jobs for 24 hours after being submitted.

*Keep this in mind with regard to our holiday closing schedule.

Can I attach more than one file to a message and send it to a printer?
Yes, you can attach more than one file to be printed. Just keep in mind that the files will be printed on the same printer. For example, if you attach a black & white picture and a color picture to a message and send it to the color printer (wls-whihub-color@printspots.com), both pictures will print on that printer and you will be charged for a color print of the black & white picture.
Troubleshooting / Issues
I submitted a URL for a web page to be printed, but what was printed was not the page I was expecting.  Why?

This happens when the page you wish to print requires authentication, that is, a username and password to log in as the mobile print server cannot access the same page that you are trying to print.

*When you are at the print release terminal at the Library, it is recommended that you preview your print job prior to printing in order to avoid printing something unwanted.
