Science backs it up: meditation and mindfulness reduce stress, boost the immune system, improve attention, and promote well-being.
Brief beginning instruction will be followed by silent meditation. An experienced guest teacher will attend the first Wednesday of each month.
No registration or equipment necessary.

Was very happy to discover this program a few days ago and attended for the first time. The meeting room had a calm atmosphere; perfect for a meditation meeting. We could not have had a better teacher than Russ Michel; l loved his presentation and guidance. I hope the program will continue indefinitely. Am planning on attending on a regular basis.
