FIESTA! with Flor Bromley

Thursday, 2:00 p.m.: 7/7 Children, Families Library Plaza / Rain Location: Library Auditorium. FIESTA! is a multicultural musical celebration! Kids and families will join in the fun as they learn about different musical genres through dance, storytelling and songs, traveling with Flor Bromley to the countries where the rhythms were born. This is not your typical children’s concert, it’s a whole family fiesta! This program is made possible through support from NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center.

Chinese Culture & Language Classes

Thursdays, May 5th–June 2nd, 3:30 p.m. (virtual) Ages 5-15. Registration required. Space is limited. Registration is for all FIVE sessions Thursdays, 5/5-6/2. Masha Munching Storytime with Amalia Hoffman

Join us virtually on Thursday, April 7th at 11:00 a.m. to welcome author and award-winning illustrator Amalia Hoffman. Amalia Hoffman will be accompanied by her puppet Masha, and together they will read her new book, Masha Munching. She will also share some fun facts about goats and demonstrate how she created the 3D paper cutouts for the illustrations in her book. Earth Day

Celebrated each year on April 22, Earth Day is a time to think more mindfully about caring for our planet. Earth Day brings awareness to the environmental issues that can be hazardous to the planet as well as our livelihood and health. Learning about Earth Day and caring about our environment allows us to take small actions.
