Hidden in Plain Sight Opens in The Gallery

“Hidden in Plain Sight,” an exhibition of photographs by Barry Katzen of architectural details on buildings in White Plains, will go on view at The Gallery in the White Plains Public Library on June 19. The exhibition will be open to the public through August 2, 2015. On view in the Library Museum Gallery from September 28, 2014 through November 28, 2014, this exhibit features the work of Peter Wood, an English teacher at White Plains High School. His art has been shown in Manhattan, Easthampton, NY and the mid-west. One of his paintings was featured in an exhibit at the Katonah Museum of Art. Berenice Pliskin has been a working silk painter for the past 20 years. Her paintings have been featured in news media and museums and exhibited widely. Some are being shown in our Museum Gallery right now (through November 16th) alongside her husband Bob's work.
