Mindfulness & Yoga Storytime with Poojah Shah Tuesdays May 16th & May 30th at 11:00 a.m For: Children (ages 2-6) Location: Galaxy Hall The Trove will be hosting two mindfulness & yoga storytime sessions featuring Poojah Shah. Now more than ever, you may feel the need to center yourself and relieve stress. Join us for one or more of our virtual Wellness programs. Practitioners from a variety of backgrounds–Zen, Reiki, Alexander Technique, Yoga–will be leading Lunchtime Meditation programs on Wednesdays at Noon.
